Bags, boxes and small clear-outs
Single sofas, mattresses, fridges and other special items are quoted for the complete collection. The per-item charges below are additions to a load, not standalone collection prices.
When included with a load: mattress from £42 including VAT; upholstered furniture from £42 including VAT per item; domestic fridge from £78 including VAT; TV/monitor from £18 including VAT. VAT-registered business prices: £35, £35, £65 and £15 respectively, plus 20% VAT.
Soil, rubble, concrete and plasterboard are priced separately by weight. Asbestos, clinical waste and unidentified hazardous chemicals are not accepted.
Guide prices for correctly described, non-hazardous waste with reasonable access. Final cost depends on volume, weight, waste type, loading time and location. Nothing is loaded until you approve the price.

Yes. Simple Work Solutions Ltd holds £2 million public liability insurance, and waste collection is included in the insured business description. We also hold employers’ liability insurance providing at least £5 million cover.
The current certificates cover 14 October 2025 to 13 October 2026. Cover is subject to the policy terms, conditions and exclusions. Insurance certificates are available on request.
The clearance crew, loading, transport, responsible disposal and a sweep-up of the cleared area. Commercial clients can also receive photos and a Waste Transfer Note.
Yes, same-day and next-day slots are often available, depending on load size, location and the time you contact us.
Yes. We collect from inside properties, gardens, garages, lofts and communal areas. Tell us about stairs, parking or long carrying distances.
Mattresses, upholstered furniture, fridges, tyres, TVs, paint and dense building waste cost more to process. Any extra is agreed before loading.
We do not collect asbestos, clinical waste or unidentified hazardous chemicals. Other controlled waste must be declared in advance.
